man getloins (3): retrieve a logical instance

PARAMETERS

ptfig: Pointer to the figure in which the instance should be seeked
name: Name of the instance

DESCRIPTION

getloins looks in the list of instances of the logical model pointed to by ptfig for a instance identified by its name. This instance is unique, since the name is the instance identifier.

RETURN VALUE

getloins returns a pointer to the instance that matches the name.

ERRORS

"*** mbk error *** illegal getloins instance name doesn't exist in figure ptfig->NAME"

: No instance is called name in the figure.
