SYNOPSIS

Create a matrix with presence and absence. Since its computationally intensive to generate the inputs, calculate them once in the GroupStatistics module and pass them through.
   use Bio::Roary::PresenceAbsenceMatrix;

annotate_groups_obj => $annotate_groups_obj,
