Stringifies a Name sequence to a string.

to_name(NamingContext, NameString) -> Return

Converts a stringified Name to a Name sequence.

to_url(NamingContext, AddressString, NameString) -> Return

This operation takes a corbaloc string and a stringified Name sequence as input and returns a fully formed URL string.
