Void defaultIncDiscard( DBIncResult<a> res )

DESCRIPTION

Databases that do not support incremental retrieval should use this function as the incdiscard field of their DB.DBHandle(3kaya)
 It will throw the Builtins.Not_Implemented(3kaya) Exception if called.
