SYNOPSIS
elasticache-describe-cache-parameters
CacheParameterGroupName [--marker value ] [--max-records value ]
[--source value ] [General Options]
DESCRIPTION
Returns the parameters that are part of a CacheParameterGroup. If you pass

User-supplied cache parameter group name. You can also set this value
using "--cache-parameter-group-name". Required.

using the environment variable 'AWS_CREDENTIAL_FILE'.
--connection-timeout VALUE

This option will override the URL for the service call with VALUE. This
value can be set by using the environment variable 'AWS_ELASTICACHE_URL'.
