ARGUMENTS

parent The parent element

fn The function to call

state The state to pass to the function

DESCRIPTION

Adds the state and processing function variables to a block-level element within a form created with HTMLDocument.addLocalForm(3kaya)
 This function only works with the CGI(3kaya) state handling model, and is equivalent to using CGI.formHandler(3kaya) for non-HTMLDocument CGI programs.
