APIDoc readString( String xmlstr )

ARGUMENTS

xmlstr A String containing the contents of a -xmldocs file

DESCRIPTION

Reads a String generated from an -xmldocs file into an ElementTreeData.ElementTree(3kaya)
 This is then used by the other functions in this module.
