khotnewstuff [Qt-options] [KDE-options] [options] [providerlist]DESCRIPTION
khotnewstuff is a tool to test GHNS repositories. It calls the download dialog for arbitrary GHNS repositories and can apply filters given on the command line.GHNS means "Get Hot New Stuff" and is a data sharing concept. It allows you to install new stuff like applets, plugins, data, sounds and wallpapers for instant use in your KDE applications.
