Parameters:

-progress <boolean>

Report progress

 -in       <string>         Input  (mandatory)
 -out      <string>         Output  (mandatory)
 -fn       <string>         Field  (mandatory)
 -fv       <string>         Value  (mandatory)

-inxml

<string> Load otb application from xml file (optional, off by default)
