ARGUMENTS
- Shishi_priv * priv
- priv as allocated by shishi_priv().
- char ** out
- output array with newly allocated DER encoding of PRIV.
- size_t * outlen
- length of output array with DER encoding of PRIV.
DESCRIPTION
DER encode PRIV structure. Typically shishi_priv_build() is used to build the PRIV structure first. out is allocated by this function, and it is the responsibility of caller to deallocate it.RETURN VALUE
