ARGUMENTS
- Shishi_tgs * tgs
- structure that holds information about TGS exchange
- char * der
- input array with DER encoded AP-REQ.
- size_t derlen
- length of input array with DER encoded AP-REQ.
DESCRIPTION
DER decode TGS-REQ and set it TGS exchange. If decoding fails, the TGS-REQ in the TGS exchange remains.RETURN VALUE
