Documentation is fully in the usage output via "ui-auto-sp2ui -H". This is just a copy for convenience: Interactively update a sp-auto enabled project to ui-auto.

 Just run this from your project's top level (i.e., where old .sp-auto.conf is located).
  Usage: ui-auto-sp2ui [-h|-H]

 -h|-H : Get usage help; short (-h) or complete (-H).
