cheesetracker [filename]


cheesetracker is basically a clone of the non-free DOS Impulse Tracker program. It is used to create sound modules, by combining sound samples in in such a way that when played it becomes music. It's not hard to learn, just load up a few ready made files, and experiment with it. The files need to be in Impulse Tracker format (.it), or the cheesetracker native format (.ct). This program takes only one argument, filename, to load at file at startup.
