PARAMETER
- insname

Name of the instance which x coordinate is to be given back
DESCRIPTION
GET_INS_X looks for
the instance called insname in the current figure.
Then it computes its absolute coordinates in the figure, and gives back its
x coordinate.
RETURN VALUE
The function returns a long int beeing the x position of the instance
in the current figure
ERRORS
"GENLIB_GET_INS_X impossible : missing GENLIB_DEF_PHFIG"

No figure has been yet specified by a call to DEF_PHFIG. So it isn't
possible to place a connector inside it.
you must call DEF_PHFIG before any other layout action.
"illegal getphins : instance called insname does not exist"

No instance called insname exists in the current figure.
