SYNOPSIS

Void moveBlock( ElementTree parentsrc, Int srcidx, ElementTree parentdest, Int destidx )

ARGUMENTS

parentsrc The parent block currently containing the element

srcidx The position within that block of the element to move

parentdest The block to move the element to

destidx The position within the new block to move the element to.

DESCRIPTION

Move a block from one place to another. All children of the block being moved will move with it.
