SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

The input files is a cube Its associated tag should be CUBE.

The output is an image resulting from the cube manipulated according to the value of op Over an aperture as specified by the parameter sinfoni.sinfo_utl_cube2spectrum.aperture having alias 'op', 'ap'

OPTIONS

--op <str>

A possible operation: average, clean_mean, median, sum (str; default: 'average'). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is sinfoni.sinfo_utl_cube2spectrum.op [default = average].

--ap <str>

A possible aperture: rectangle, circle (str; default: 'rectangle'). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is sinfoni.sinfo_utl_cube2spectrum.ap [default = rectangle].

--llx <long>

Lower left X rectangle coordinate (long; default: 2). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is sinfoni.sinfo_utl_cube2spectrum.llx [default = 2].

--lly <long>

Lower left Y rectangle coordinate (long; default: 2). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is sinfoni.sinfo_utl_cube2spectrum.lly [default = 2].

--urx <long>

Upper right X rectangle coordinate (long; default: 28). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is sinfoni.sinfo_utl_cube2spectrum.urx [default = 28].

--ury <long>

Upper right Y rectangle coordinate (long; default: 28). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is sinfoni.sinfo_utl_cube2spectrum.ury [default = 28].

--lo_rej <long>

Clean mean low rejection (long; default: 10). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is sinfoni.sinfo_utl_cube2spectrum.lo_rej [default = 10].

--hi_rej <long>

Clean mean low rejection (long; default: 10). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is sinfoni.sinfo_utl_cube2spectrum.hi_rej [default = 10].

--centerx <long>

Circle center X coordinate (long; default: 16). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is sinfoni.sinfo_utl_cube2spectrum.centerx [default = 16].

--centery <long>

Circle center Y coordinate (long; default: 16). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is sinfoni.sinfo_utl_cube2spectrum.centery [default = 16].

--radius <long>

Circle radii (long; default: 5). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is sinfoni.sinfo_utl_cube2spectrum.radius [default = 5].

Note that it is possible to create a configuration file containing these options, along with suitable default values. Please refer to the details provided by the 'esorex --help' command.
