DESCRIPTION

Returns all keys (in no particular order) with at least one value for the specified WebCommon.DataSource(3kaya)

 // called with ?a=1;b=2;b=5
 keys = incomingKeys(DataGet);
 // keys = ["a","b"] or ["b","a"]
